Muscle Activation

Where the magic happens. Through a detailed exam, the practitioner performs isolation tests on each muscle (up to 250 muscles) to identify muscles that aren't firing. Through working on muscle acupressure points and stimulating specific muscle attachment sites, proper muscle function is restored allowing your body to heal properly. Muscles "shut down" due to injury and trauma. If muscles aren't firing properly it leads to instability, tightness, weakness, and pain. Reactivating muscles speeds up healing time getting you back to full function in no time

Chiropractic Adjustment

Chiropractic adjustments are designed to improve joint motion and function. We consider an adjustment a supportive therapy, rather than the primary treatment method to get you out of pain. When muscles are firing properly, the need for an adjustment lessens. Chiropractic adjustments are often utilized for stiff joints and to help support the muscle activation process

Dry Needling

Dry needling utilizes thin needles to target areas of dysfunction. It's most commonly used for muscle knots, scar tissue, and to speed up healing of damaged tendons and ligaments. The needles create an inflammatory response which brings healing properties to the affected area, which restarts the body's healing process.
